PSA for anybody signing up to Picarto - Picarto has no customer support and the site seems to be dying. I've been trying to get support for over half a year. Picarto is completely unresponsive. Their stream quality has also become incredibly delayed, slow, and stops completely quite frequently.
I just noticed I can't even cancel my paid membership if I try to, the cancel page times out and has an error ðŸ˜And of course I can't ask them to help me either. Such a pain, I wish they would at least offer some clarity.
