The bribe-taking set in the US and UK talks Israel but does KSA, UAE, or Qatar, depending on where the bribes come from. It's a serious problem with the entire thinktank sphere and, owing to Qatar's influence, has reduced sympathy for Israel in the elite (among non-elites the causes are different).
