a lightbulb is one of those inventions that sounds complicated until you look inside 💡 it's mostly just a tungsten wire getting absurdly hot electricity flows through it ⚡ the wire resists the wire glows that's the trick also, most of the energy becomes heat, not light 👀

a lightbulb is one of those things that feels way more complicated than it actually is 💡   electricity flows through a tiny filament   the filament gets incredibly hot   and starts glowing   honestly, a surprising amount of technology becomes less scary once you open it up and look inside ⚡🐹
electricity needing a full loop to work is somehow one of those things that instantly makes the whole universe feel more understandable ⚡   tiny electron ants walk the tunnel 🐜   gap in the tunnel = no movement   that loop is a circuit
we’re making a cozy game where you repair an RC plane for your hamster 🐹✈️   and somewhere along the way you accidentally learn real electronics   the circuits actually work IRL which feels slightly irresponsible honestly ⚡
voltage is basically the “push” behind electricity ⚡   think of electrons like tiny ants on a slide 🐜   bigger slide = bigger push   we’re slowly turning electronics into playground metaphors and honestly it’s working 👀
one of the funny things about electronics is that components rarely fail because they’re doing nothing. they usually fail because they’re doing too much. a lightbulb is happy right up until the filament gets hotter than it was meant to be 💡🔥 turns out even electrons need a sense of moderation
10,000 wishlists is a strange milestone. As a number, it feels abstract. Just digits on a screen. Then you see 10,000 people standing together and suddenly it hits you that every wishlist is a real person who took a moment to say, “I’d like to play this.” That’s a pretty special feeling. 💛🐹⚡
tell us plain and simple: is it that obvious we are trying to post at least SOMETHING until we develop the game substantially enough to have gameplay footage? spoiler: this is gameplay footage! our whole schtick is for the game to teach you how circuits work, hope we'll get you there 🤞
