Looks like a cartoon character of corruption.
Have you considered their chased in other things? Have you seen what happened in the “renovation” of the reflecting pool? I think your answer lies there.
The reflecting pool is, like the Ballroom, a potent form of synecdoche for the overall administration's failures and corruption. No one can deny that they screwed up the reflecting pool water because of corruption--so why do you trust them to keep your drinking water safe?
2) Animal welfare and control. Animal abuse is RAMPANT in Los Angeles, and you simply can't get an animal welfare person to the site, much less to take action.
I heard that there are thousands and thousands of cases of Rep. Claudia Tenney drowning kittens in her kitchen sink. It happens all the time. But Rep. Claudia Tenney will tell you it doesn't happen because you can't prove it.
