i had a bipolar episode where i was convinced people were out to get me and i could name every person. this ruined my progress on my social anxiety so my psych increased my trintellix from 10mg to 20mg TwT i rlly hope it helps

update on shit i been doing: got art block weh. I bought this shitty 30$ tablet with a micro SD slot and ive been using it as an ereader since thats all its good for lol. ive been dividing my media across diff tech to prevent doom scrolling on my phone.
