Lol. Hey AI checkers, you're not taking my freaking —'s away. Before AI existed I had set up keyboard combinations to make them, because that's how I write.
So this is why they say it's 100% AI. Because 6 emdashes, 1 triad, and 1 ai phrase ("relentless"). Fucking hell.
At an Italian restaurant and I’m not very experienced with Italian wines or pairings so I took a photo of the wine list and asked @winesky.app sommelier for a recommendation.

Vanilla, black currant, plums, fresh cherries, cinnamon. Another bottle I need to find, because I did not get to appreciate it enough considering the amounts of wines we tried.

Cream, peach, vanilla, caramel, a hint of tobacco — almost South American woody.

Montevertine by Società Agricola Montevertine s.s. (2020) - 4½ ⭐
Cherry, coffee, toffee, prunes, cherry, strawberries, something herbal that I was too gone to name.
It’s a wine you could rate on “Porco Dio”s per minute from the Italians tasting it.
