The World's Columbian Exposition of 1893 started on this day in Chicago. The only building constructed for the fair that remains on the "White City" site is the Museum of Science and Industry, built as the "Palace of Fine Arts".
Have been thinking of writing a piece on Megyn Kelly and the mean-girl right, as a complement/alternative to the more submissive tradwife archetype. Her vitriol is (unsurprisingly) even nastier when it comes to Black women.
