Our analysis reveals that the impact of climate on the value of forest land follows an inverted U-shaped relationship with age. Congrat's to Latif & thanks to @fbareille.bsky.social for leading the work
We demonstrate that applying the standard Ricardian approach leads to biased results. To address this, we propose a method that explicitly incorporates the age structure of the forest stand.
