(I suppose part of the user's frustration comes from the national effort to hide public information. I promise you, we want people to find our information. We're university Extension, and we're here to help!)
(and yes, I did submit feedback directly to USGS; I'm not just ranting about it here.)
Kudos to the State of Michigan for taking this important step in protecting our waters from these known invasive plants. The ecological risks of allowing their possession and sale are simply too great.
