I don't think the average "gamer" really understands just how dire it is yet.
Like, games are still coming out and things still feel 'normal' if all you do is browse Steam, but the industry is very much hemorrhaging amazing people at an unsustainable rate and you *will* feel it in time.
Found another discord for writers and narrative designers in games. Yay! Got accepted into it but found out that it's essentially completely dead. Bummer!
