According to CalHDF & YIMBY Dems, more bus rapid transit stops should qualify. Solana Beach should qualify bc Amtrak & Coaster trains stacked meet the 48+ train frequency. Similarly for Oceanside, 130+ daily trains qualify it for Tier 1. Read their analysis: drive.google.com/file/d/1pLS9... 2/
If you even for two seconds consider making a sign like this, let alone actually using your resources to do so and publicly posting it as if it carried any authority whatsoever, you're probably an absolutely awful excuse for a human being.
Here’s the draft map for SB 79 eligible stops in San Diego. SANDAG, San Diego’s regional planning agency, -Included many (not all) bus rapid transit stops in North Park & City Heights that YIMBY Dems advocated for. -Excluded Solana Beach. -Designated Oceanside as Tier 2 instead of Tier 1 🧵

The beautiful thing about charging for parking is that more motorists mean more revenue (instead of just traffic jams, crashes, car alarms, and honking horns).

While Asbury Park pulled in nearly $6 million, wealthy enclaves like Avalon and Spring Lake generate zero parking revenue.
Jersey Shore drivers spent $23M on parking last summer. See which towns earned the most.
