If you even for two seconds consider making a sign like this, let alone actually using your resources to do so and publicly posting it as if it carried any authority whatsoever, you're probably an absolutely awful excuse for a human being.
This is the reason I stopped giving neighborhoods the benefit of the doubt.
They pull shit like this all the time and advocates are supposed to “work with them” or “take their concerns serious”.
The beautiful thing about charging for parking is that more motorists mean more revenue (instead of just traffic jams, crashes, car alarms, and honking horns).
The housing supply problem makes every other problem harder. :(
According to CalHDF & YIMBY Dems, more bus rapid transit stops should qualify.
Solana Beach should qualify bc Amtrak & Coaster trains stacked meet the 48+ train frequency.
Similarly for Oceanside, 130+ daily trains qualify it for Tier 1.
