I’m pretty firmly against Waymo and I’m not buying arguments that it’s safer based on what I’ve seen. Mayor Wilson gave approval to them before going through a PBOT process or with Council…so we’re gonna have to correct that.

@pnwpolicyangel.bsky.social just saw a Waymo speeding down our street in the Brooklyn neighborhood. Definitely above the speed limit and seems like it ignored the stop sign based on the speed it was hitting in the intersection. Can we please ban these things from our streets? Thanks!!!
