They're zebra morphs of 'squat lobsters', likely in genus Allogalathea.
They're not true lobsters & are more closely related to hermit crabs.
Now which one is white with black stripes & which is black with white stripes?

Waited in the ER until 4am to see the Dr and discuss test results.
After telling him the story of this long ordeal, he agreed on what the cause most likely is and is referring me to a specialist to get scoped and make sure there's no other internal issues while also checking my gut biome, etc

Now it's something else. I thought onion and didn't use onion in dinner tonight, but I've been in the ER for 4.5hrs now. At least now I know it's not onions š¤·š½āāļø
