Why would they want him gone?

40 years ago if the news was reporting headlines like tonight’s, I’d have been certain some swine put acid in the punch.
I just read again someone posting how amazing it is Trump has been able to bring us down so far. But it’s not amazing. We have no institutions not controlled by his corrupt allies or his organization. And we have no will to organize civil resistance to drive him out. It’s actually been easy for him.
