This is an appalling case of transmisogynistic police violence that is clearly being instrumentalized to render two vulnerable trans women homeless, especially considering they weren't even charged. Please help out if you're able.

Also tbh we simply have to stop trying to identify the "privileged" trans sexual orientation because there isn't one in any meaningful sense; all trans sexuality is stigmatised. You're applying analysis of cis lives to trans people naively and it doesn't work.

it’s just like. transmisogyny is so so brutal right now. transphobia writ large; transmisogyny in particular. and 99% of people are not thinking of the discrimination and dehumanization of millions of ppl, because it’s unnoticeable to them, bc they are not trans. and it’s like ……..
This is for a couple of friends of mine, I personally witnessed some of the events described. Both women are in a pretty shit situation as a result of this bullshit and could really do with some help.
