When the perpetrator is white and British, the politics vanishes.
No hotels attacked.
No mobs.
No wholesale blame for the white British community.

It was never really about victims.
Or women and girls.
Or public safety.
Because the crime can be the same.
The horror can be the same.
The only variable that changes is race.
