i am still open to just about all other subgenres of adult fantasy, and i remain open to all science fiction, fantasy and horror in young adult and middle grade, including epic and high fantasy.
i am eager for more young adult and middle grade! these are always the hardest tones and voices to nail down for me, so it is the part of my list that is smallest! in ya especially i am more interested in ya work written for young adults/teens, and not for adults.
I've received a few queries since hitting 0 but I'd like to think I've been on top of it since I've only got 5 now. I still have at least 1200 pages to read from partials and fulls but I'm making my way through them slowly and ๐Ÿคž I'm on track to open to queries again in August! text in thread!
Iโ€™m looking for fun, hijinxy, fast paced young adult and middle grade!
When I open in august i will open from the 1st to the 7th or until i receive 100 queries, whichever comes first! To keep my list balanced, Iโ€™m closing to adult epic and high fantasy, except for referrals. This is temporary but i donโ€™t yet know when iโ€™ll re-open to these genres.
i am a readers' hit new book (so far). lucky #13!
