Was talking with friend last night about how it's unusual, I guess, that I produce things tangibly, so I thought I'd do a little runthrough of my process at the same time I sketch for my big digital piece because sketching digitally is still a step too far for me.

If you didn't guess, step 1 is sketching with a break resistant HB 2 pencil.
Next is inking with a Bic gelocity 0.5mm black gel pen. I buy those by the dozen.
I keep threatening to draw something using my pricey tablet and I think if 20 people like this picture of Melody using generative AI, I'll do it I swear I'm not kidding.
