The more dangerous or risky the drug is, the MORE it needs to be properly regulated and controlled and not left to the illicit “black” marketplace with no regulation, oversight or control.
That’s what happens when you legalize. What people don’t understand is after you legalize you take away the “forbidden fruit” (for lack of a better term) characteristic of a drug. It’s no longer “fun” when it’s ‘dad’s back medicine’ or ‘grammas nap aid’. It’s now medicine
