I was in NYC today and saw how everyone, from street to street, was psyched for the game. And if they weren’t wearing blue/orange they were repping Brazil or Morocco or Puerto Rico. It was 95 degrees but no one cared.
I had a Knicks donut at Krispy Kreme. And a slice of pizza.
It was a good day.

Man reads The King in Yellow off-screen, slightly odd but not well-defined things happen to him, then it ends with some recitation from the play that's supposed to make it creepy and make you wonder if it's real or madness. needed to reiterate that the side character is Black so many times. Just, every time he's mentioned, his race is his only defining feature. People say Lovecraft was racist but damn, he got nothing on Wells. Anyway, the story wasn't anything special, hard to swallow, and kinda white savior nonsense.
