Children and families of Kansas deserve a court — and an education system — that works for everyone. Vote NO on August 4th.
They're trying to undermine the voices of millions of Kansans. Don't let them. Vote NO on August 4th.
Kansans do not want our courts sold to the highest bidder. That’s why we’re voting NO on August 4th.
This is not just another amendment tossed on the ballot. This is about the rights Kansans will have in 2026, 2036, 2046, and beyond.
We’re having flashbacks, too. But once again, we know Kansans will come together to protect our rights by voting NO on August 4th.
Life is expensive enough in Kansas without our state Supreme Court justices doing the bidding of billionaire political donors.

"So who is pushing this constitutional amendment? Anti-abortion groups and groups who don't want to fund public education. How do we know this? Because they've said it out loud." Thank you, Amii Castle, for your thoughtful piece. kansasreflector.com/2026/06/09/w...
Here it is directly from Alexandra Middlewood—chair of the PolySci Dept at Wichita State: "Elections risk transforming judges into political actors and, in the process, weakening the very legitimacy that courts depend on to function." https://hayspost.com/posts/a6dbc9b7-b6ee-4517-86ba-1d4ea8565bd7
