I agree with this. Keaton has been the ONLY actor that brings forth the fundamental emotional damage of Bruce Wayne’s childhood trauma, a seething hate targeted at criminals, and just barely under control beneath the surface. Keaton can emote Wayne’s essence of a man hiding a psychotic snap.

I remember when people LOST THEIR MINDS when Michael Keaton was cast as Batman. They were convinced he would suck.
Then they saw the film and it broke records.
Keaton remains my favorite Batman, with Kevin Conroy a close second.
