A few Pride themed dragons that I put together for last night's event. They are now all available in the shop! Only one of each of these. 🏳️⚧️

Finished photos of this marten sculpture! she is a prize from a raffle I held awhile back. 🐾 🔺04 terracotta clay, underglaze, glaze, beeswax. ~8'' long
I keep forgetting to post this, done a while back for someone who wanted a custom colored version of this trans minotaur transfer tile I did a while ago! gotta do more of these in fun new poses
Also shoutout to the tiny spider that came into the frame in the last 5 seconds
Very stoked on this little frog sculpt. Low-fire clay raku-fired in our microwave kiln.
In an ideal world I would have a vacuum chamber I could submerge the calcined bone into slip and try to get the slip to penetrate more into the bone, and cover up less detail. But the layer of slip just on the outside does a lot to add strength!
Most of my experiments b4 this have ended a total loss or too fragile!
Process (simplified for short post lol)
Macerated clean and Dried bone ➡️ 04 bisque ➡️ soak in water, then dip in thin clay slip ➡️ dry slow then 04 bisque ➡️ add glaze and fire again to 04, might need multiple glaze firings/layers
Considering this a success and finished...real raccoon jaw bone fired and glazed in a kiln!
