He's not dozing, to be fair: he's just such a fathead that no amount of muscular strength can resist the gravity working against it.
My city's fire department just had a truck down at the elementary school halfway down the block, and it was just there for a small class of very wee ones (5yrs, maybe?) to see and learn about the big, shiny truck. Absolutely adorable, and I so wish stuff like that ever happened when I was that age.

There's genius to this, but Beshear would definitely take a big political hit if he wants to run for House or Senate after he's term-limited out as Gov next year. It also assumes Massie would go along for the ride, which (I suspect) he wouldn't. But I like the thinking...
