The last stop on this pilgrimage takes me to the Tarbat Peninsula! Where there's quite a few Pictish stones (and many I didn't see because I got there at stupid o' clock when they're closed).

I travelled up the dodgiest set of stairs up a cliff I've ever seen and all I found was this chapel.
This is the Brough of Deerness, a site of both Norse and earlier Pictish settlement, not that much is left of either.
Still a lovely view though.
