One surefire way to make sure I *never* listen to a DJ perform ever again is when they put a sudden ear-piercing scream at the beginning of their set as a high-volume jumpscare. Not only did it literally hurt my ears, it spiked my anxiety to 100 immediately, and is an accessibility issue for others.

The food poisoning and extremely poor sleep was bad enough to deal with, but the biggest letdown was actually trying to see my friends. A *lot* of the friends I was excited to see and spend time with were extremely flakey and non-responsive. It felt like I was left behind more often than not.
