This is really where Tinkerfturf shines. Layered detail is a luxury for card terrain but makes a huge difference in the final result. Flat card terrain with printed designs looks good but blends together. I don't even notice the doors in my Corvus Belli card terrain, which is still excellent. 4/8

The only thing I can complain about is that they haven't been expanding their terrain line recently. They should make everything I need for a full Infinity table. Plus, the Vault of Mini things is distracting me into playing fantasy TTRPGs. 7/8

I'm replacing my other card terrain with FDM terrain I then need to paint. The convenience of card terrain was key to starting but I am ready to move beyond it. Not Tinkerturf. The layered design means the terrain looks as good next to the FDM printed terrain as it does other card terrain. 6/8

Most card terrain clips or slots together. This is nice, but often results in details that are artifacts of the construction, rather than something that should exist on the prototype. It also means that the terrain can come lose or be unstable over time. 2/8

Having to glue Tinkerturf is an initial hassle, but the trade-off is you don't have the non-glue artifacts, everything is super strong and robust, and most importantly, they can layer detail. 3/8
