The laboratory of @laouimmunology.bsky.social provides in @natcomms.nature.com "an in-depth characterization of the tumor-associated dendritic cell compartment in mouse and human cancers" 👇 www.nature.com/articles/s41...
Another paper out this week in @scienceimmuno.bsky.social by the Reizis laboratory showing that "Cohesin-mediated chromatin organization controls the differentiation and function of dendritic cells" Congrats 👏https://www.science.org/doi/10.1126/sciimmunol.adx4622
Congrats to the Reizis lab for this beautiful paper in @science.org identifying the "transcription factor Etv3 as controling the tolerogenic function of dendritic cells" www.science.org/doi/10.1126/...
@reisesousalab.bsky.social et al. show in @natcancer.nature.com that "non-specialized APCs such as cDC2 and moDCs can be harnessed for cross-presentation of necrotic tumor antigens through F-actin-Fcγ receptors bridging". www.nature.com/articles/s43...

Very cool paper in @cp-immunity.bsky.social showing that a "dietary modulation of NKT-XCL1-cDC1 axis in combination with immune check points inhibitors may open avenues for improved treatments of colon cancer".👇 www.sciencedirect.com/science/arti...
Congrats to the @sancholab.bsky.social et al, for this nice paper in @natcomms.nature.com showing that "type 1 conventional dendritic cell-based vaccination excels at immune memory induction and prevention of cancer recurrence" www.nature.com/articles/s41...
Fresh from science immunology, the @sancholab.bsky.social group identifies " the mitochondrial redox metabolism as a key regulator of antigen cross-presentation in conventional type 1 DCs" 👏 and 👇 www.science.org/doi/10.1126/...
Congrats to Mei Li and team for this nice story in @natimmunol.nature.com showing "that TSLP from keratinocytes activates transitional DC-derived DC2 to promote GATA3+ regulatory T cells and mediate immunosuppression during inflammation and cancer". www.nature.com/articles/s41...

Specialized fibroblastic reticular cell (FRC) subsets in lymph nodes orchestrate the compartmentalization that guides immune cell migration, interaction, and function. Alouche et al. examine the signals governing FRC differentiation and identify a Notch2-dependent process by which homeostatic mature dendritic cells drive Ccl19hi T-zone fibroblast differentiation, maintain segregation of distinct T-zone niches, and support CD8+ T cell memory formation.
