What they would like a *modicum* of fucking accommodation for having to live in a world that actively tries to harm and abuse them by refusing to try and understand them or meet them even close to halfway.
Beware of companies promising to make sites completely accessible, compliant, and immune from lawsuits with just a few lines of code. This just isn't possible. Disabled users have long said these tools don't actually help them, and can often make things worse.

Like in one company, they're pro-LGBTQ, they have rules that guarantees LGBTQ are protected from discrimination. Awesome, right?
But the rest of the marginalised people? They don't care. They just listen but nothing. Nothing to protect them from discrimination.
That's jumping the bandwagon.
It's the same with finding a job or accepting a job offer.
Out front, they claim they're an "equal opportunity employer" but once you're in, it's a complete reverse.
Or they claim they're pro-equity and pro-equality, but it's 100% a lie, it's selective. They favor others while ignoring the rest.
