2/ One can – and I do – believe all of the following: (a) Spencer Pratt finished third, (b) California’s election procedures are laughable, (c) undue delay in tabulating results will give birth to conspiracy theories, & (d) Trump is itching to declare as illegitimate the CA midterm results.
