Not unconstitutional to assign a term to the Chief Justice, when the term is over they are still a Justice or they can retire.
Again make the SCT a super circuit court of appeals. 21 Justices or more. 3 or 5 judge panels doing the work. No shadow docket, everything out in the open, more justices can handle emergent applications. If they won’t retire, assign them fewer cases. Someone leaves it’s not life or death.
Every act by the Trump Admin has been inflationary.
- Massive stimulus in the form of tax cuts
- Tariffs
- War which has adversely impacted energy supply chains
In a normal world this data would lead to an interest rate hike.
Hot take: People may look back on 2026 and regard the Senate as a bigger disaster for Republicans than the House.
You can’t gerrymander Senate seats.
Being pro business and pro markets are not the same thing.
It would be interesting to see how sports radio views last night Knicks game today but I stopped listening a long time ago.
