Herschell Gordon Lewis, godfather of Gore, was born 100 years ago (June 15, 1926). He passed away at the age of 90, in 2016. He directed classic B-Horror films like "Blood Feast" (63), "Two Thousand Maniacs!" (64), "The Gruesome Twosome" (67), "The Wizard of Gore" (70) & "The Gore Gore Girls" (72)!
