For 26 years, Martin Dawes ate his way through the restaurants of Sheffield, reviewing 1,400 meals and only closing down one (he claims it was already on the way out).
Last week, he joined us at Sheffield College’s award-winning The Silver Plate restaurant, which some say is the best in the city.
For the past 2 weeks, the whole team here has been working around the clock. But the clock is ticking ⏰
