The even better point is that code officials should not let firefighters dictate building science. They don’t know what they’re talking about.
Legitimately though, having firefighters establish building codes is like letting cops design our streets
We have a lot of other reasons this is a dud, obviously based on immigration policy and our psychotic president who sucks. But that’s not what’s driving most of this. The tickets, accommodations, and inter tournament travel are expensive and a pain in the ass. I don’t blame them for not coming
