My friend Kevin Woods sent me this pic. I believe it's 2015. Biff did Homestead hot laps live on SportsCenter, and we all crammed into the Mustang with him. It's impossible to quantify how much fun I had with this man but also how much he taught me about racing. I'm so sad.
There aren't many people of whom you can say every time you talked to them you learned something. Every conversation with Roy Kramer was an education. Death is never well-timed. But saying goodbye to Mr. Kramer on the eve of the SEC Championship he created feels sorta perfect.

Boarding for Saturday's Marty & McGee and the plane is packed with LSU and Florida fans headed to Baton Rouge, Saints and 49ers fans headed to the Superdome, an entire row of Duke fans headed to Tulane and one dude in New Mexico State gear headed to LA Tech. God bless football.
