Look at Fender bullying boutique guitar builders who don't have the money to mount a big legal defense. Mind you, there is no trademark on the Strat shape, that's why it's been copied by just about everyone. It makes me never want to buy anything Fender ever.

I had never heard of Yuichiro Yokouchi, but this has the be the most perfect J-style bass I've ever seen. The Telecaster style headstock is the cherry on top. RIP
