On Wednesday, our legal team will be at the Supreme Court defending the American tradition of birthright citizenship against President Trump's attacks. We're prepared to fight for babies born in the U.S.A. and the families who love them.
On this Trans Day of Visibility and every day, we're unwavering in our commitment to fight for the future we deserve. This means being free to travel, access health care, take up space, play sports, and be our authentic selves without government interference — full stop.
More people died in ICE custody last year than any year since DHS started operating in 2003. If current grim trends continue, 2026 is on track to break that record again. The more people ICE detains, the more people are in danger. Congress must hold ICE accountable.
We took to the streets this weekend along with more than 8 MILLION people to protest the Trump administration’s illegal war on Iran, attacks on immigrant communities, extreme abuses of power, and more. 📍 Saint Paul, MN; NYC 📸 Tim Gruber, Scout Tufankjian
The 14th Amendment, hundreds of years of law, and Supreme Court precedent confirm that virtually all babies born on U.S. soil are citizens, regardless of their parents’ immigration status. We're headed to the Supreme Court to defend this fundamental freedom.
Access to legal counsel is a constitutional right for everyone in this country. We won’t stop fighting until this abusive facility is shut down once and for all.
The vast majority of people support the right to abortion and believe politicians shouldn't interfere in our personal medical decisions. Tell your members of Congress to pass federal legislation restoring our abortion rights nationwide.
Women throughout history have won hard-fought victories for gender equality — we won't let the Trump administration take us back.
“I never thought that so close to the end of my pregnancy that I would have to be even thinking about ... the executive order and how it would have impacted my baby.” We're headed to the Supreme Court on April 1 to defend the right to birthright citizenship for families for generations to come.
