Watching some folks in my industry trip over themselves to dogpile this lady to essentially say "shut up & dribble" has been so disappointing & it's the exact reason why so many below-the-line folks fear publicly talking about exploitive work conditions.
Ooh, there are so many ways in to strength training based on your goals and lifestyle. I recommend starting with a fullbody routine 2-3x/week! Beginners gain strength quickly. BUT the most important thing is consistency, so go with something you enjoy and can stick with ๐โโ๏ธ
