I'm mad irritated we have grifters out there hurting devs + games for nothing. I too get frustrated when folks dismiss titles based on bias or gossip
But like it's multiple issues we're talking here. Don't let execs off the hook by falling for "not enough people played it" as enough justification
We can be upset that folks didn't engage with more great media that deserves to shine, absolutely. We can be annoyed and mad as hell
But I also need us to understand there's no amount of sales that would've "saved" some studios/games from corporate greed. The industry at large has a PROBLEM
some streamers have this already & as usual, it's opt-in by default
If you are opted into this (unsure if any notifications were sent, they usually aren't) then you can disable it in your creator dashboard under Settings - Stream
If it's not active on your channel the option won't be there
