Always worth remembering that she is "controversial" for extreme sentiments like "I don't think kids should be killed" and "Palestinian children are human and deserving of love". I don't think she has ever even offered any kind of policy opinion other than "don't kill children"
There is not a single political party that is coming remotely close to telling the public the truth on tax.
Instead, right across the political spectrum, in different ways, every party is repeating the a variant of the opposite: YOUR taxes are too high, but someone else can afford to pay more.
You can:
1) Contact your senators and reps, especially in coastal states.
2) Urge scientific societies and advocacy groups to speak out and mobilize their members.
3) Write op eds, posts, threads, etc. explaining what the OOI actually does and why it matters.
4) Share articles like this:
