Welp, a Bridgetown Bites tipster just messaged me to say that The Eastburn has closed after many years in business. (Maybe 20?) Back in March, we noticed that a biz called Kitsune Cantina was connected to The Eastburn's address. There was confusion then; it's clearer now.
