Shield arm as a powerfist is easy because the whole arm is a separate piece - that's what I did here using the BT Sword Brethren combiplasma arm and a shoulder pad.
Turning the sword into a gun is probably best snipped at the wrist and swapped to the gun, as the whole arm/shoulder/cape go together
