New “use it or lose it” regime for #sophiefromromania meals where instead of ignoring her food all day then eating last thing at night it’s put out for a limited time and then taken away. Seems to be working - today she had her breakfast alfresco.

#Sophiefromromania woke us at 5:15 so by 0645 we were in the park. She was moderately well behaved with other dogs so we decided she could have a #bigbreakfast
#Sophiefromromania and I came out of our front door just as a dog was having the temerity to walk past and returned home just as our neighbour was outrageously putting her bins out - both were greeted with a lot of barking and Sophie can’t work out why I made such a fuss about it
