Also I figured out what compels him to do weird shit and its that since hes a fae creature if he doesnt get enough attention/fear/glamour/etc he will start to become more of a concept or thought than a living breathing beast, he just doesnt know that's why he just thinks hes weird

He isn't really sure what compels him to do stuff, but he is a creature of instinct and tends to follow his weird urges. Most of the time when following someone around it just ends in him giving them a scare, but occasionally it can end in him swallowing them for a while before horking them up later
Mour hates being stared at quite a lot, especially by people he doesnt know! Its why he tends to skulk around at night or hide. He usually stares at others because he enjoys watching people and learning about them. The reverse tends to set off his paranoia (which is probably what he's doing to them)
