I don't think there's ever been a time where straightforward videogame remakes (ie. not adaptation, which are always interesting) were more redundant that right now. It's so easy to load up an emulator and plug in a controller and just play the game without some hidden injection of AI slop.
here's my list of correct game design opinions and here's a copy of the list in case you throw it in the trash
I want to see Microsoft itself collapse while the studios it essentially holds at gunpoint are able to get away (relatively) unscathed. I would rather have a games industry with Double Fine, Ninja Theory and Compulsion in it than ever see an Xbox again
