The Rugby Players Association’s PWR U23 team of the season. All excellent choices, although I think Ella Cromack was hard done by at #10.
The first player red card is for the most innocuous push ever.

Disappointing of course that there are no women DoRs in the PWR.
Winners are:
England Women POTS: Zoe Harrison
PWR POTS: Liv Apps
PWR Breakthrough POTS: Ala Lutui
PWR DoR: Barney Maddison
PWR Try of the Season: Shona Campbell
As for DoR of the Season, if Tom Hudson has been involved in Sale's recruitment then he deserves a medal of some kind. Glospury have been superb under Dan Murphy but he inherited a juggernaut so it's hard to know how much to credit Murphy personally. My vote would be for Barney Maddison.
Marlie Packer going to Harlequins. Apparently Saracens didn't want to renew her contract, which seems surprising tbh. No answer as to whether Rosie Galligan will switch to Quins too.

All these candidates are superb but my vote for PWR Player of the Season would be Liv Apps, who has had a transformational effect at Saracens.
My breakthrough POTS would be Carmela Morrall but it would be hard to argue with Ala Lutui after her 6N performances.
I watched the highlights and yes, there’s a complete collapse of discipline on Brazil’s part in the last few minutes. But I get why they were upset at some of the refereeing. USA using that irritating combination of muscular challenges and players flopping.

Again the England Women Player of the Season candidates are all great. My vote would be for Amy Cockayne who has been outstanding in all facets of the game.
