It was a fantastic exploration during my PhD, a new method, with new struggles. I had an amazing team of Artem and Aleksander to deal with all of them. Also my first experience of project supervision, it was hard but extremely cool. And thanks to @mardzix.bsky.social and Pepe for all the support!

We show for the first time in vivo that somatic cells of the gonad support the germline by providing metabolites - specifically lactate.
A new study led by @milanlab.bsky.social's team at #IRBBarcelona shows that tumours with chromosomal instability can promote their own growth by damaging the surrounding healthy tissues.
