The Supreme Court released one opinion today, it was not either of the second amendment cases that are pending decision.

It's just not remotely plausible as a matter of original public meaning.
There have been so many very smart nuanced takes defending birthright citizenship, but take all that away and this is just such an enormous hurdle for the antis.

As the U.S. continues to fight the war in Iran, the Marine Corps has boosted protection measures on bases, requiring everyone to present REAL IDs, passports or birth certificates to access any sites.
I just got a law journal rejection for a cycle I didn't even submit in! They're just proactively saying no.
Nothing of particular second amendment note on today's Supreme Court orders list.

The wait continues on the assault weapon and LCM cases. It's looking more and more like a denial with a long dissent (but there's no way to know until the Court tells us).
