TIL that it takes 10 weeks (!!) to start building muscle with weight lifting.
First 3 weeks are mostly repairing damage, so size = swelling, not muscle growth.
Gonna say it again. I believe doing the simple, difficult, compounding thing over time is almost always the answer to "what should I do?"
This type of question has a lifespan of about 15 minutes now.
Either I will build it in 15 minutes or someone else will.
